IN PROCEEDINGS SUBSEQUENT TO INITIAL REGISTRATION OF LANDState Of Minnesota, District Court, County Of Ramsey, Second Judicial District
In the Matter of the Petition of
Riverstone Trust
in Relation to Certificate of Title No. 376532 issued
for land in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota and legally described as follows:
Lot 26, Block 2, Bordner's West View No. 2
All that part Lot 27, Block 2, Bordner's West View No. 2, lying north of a line extending from a point on the westerly line of said Lot 27, 15.18 feet southeasterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 27 to a point on the easterly line of said Lot 27, 26 feet southeasterly of the northeast corner of said Lot 27 the intention being to convey approximately the northwesterly 1/2 of said Lot 27, more or less, except that part of Lot 27, Block 2, Bordner's West View No. 2, commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 27; thence southeasterly on the easterly line of said Lot 27 distance of 12.30 feet to the place of beginning of the land herein conveyed; thence southeasterly on said easterly line of said Lot 27, 13.70 feet; thence southwesterly on the east-west center line of said Lot 27 a distance of 37.78 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction 35.44 feet to place of beginning.
All that part of Lot 27, Block 2, Bordner's West View No. 2 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Lot 27, 15.18 feet north of the northwesterly corner of Lot 28, Block 2, Bordner's West View No. 2, which point is the point of intersection of the east-west center line of said Lot 27 and the west line of said Lot 27; thence easterly 212.27 feet on the east-west center line of said Lot 27; thence southwesterly 37.50 feet to a point, said point being 177.33 feet easterly of the point of beginning; thence westerly 177.33 feet to the point of beginning.
TO: ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS LAND, PARTICULARLY:OCCUPANTS OF THE PROPERTY AND Jemal Reshid Amos Demmaj and the unknown heirs of Vicque L. Amos.
The Court will hold a hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. This hearing will not be held in-person at the Courthouse. The hearing will be held remotely via Zoom, and appearances shall be by video unless otherwise directed. Due to Minnesota Supreme Court Order ADM20-8001, this Court will rule on the Petition in this case after administrative review of submissions and remote hearing.
YOU ARE ORDERED to show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County, upon the recording of a certified copy of this Order from Court File No. 62-CV-24-1169 on Certificate of Title No. 376532, cancel said certificate and enter a new certificate for the lands therein described in favor of Trustee of Riverstone Trust, free of all the memorials now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including Doc. No. 2769563 and free of the memorial of this Order, except carry forward the memorials of Doc. Nos. 2005305, 2223519, 2750303, 2752006, 2753459, 2753460, 2758611, 2758612, and 2764711, and the recital of reserved mineral rights.
The Registrar shall also correct the word "View" in the first line of the last paragraph of the legal description shown on the Certificate of Title.
