ORDER TO SHOW CAUSEIN PROCEEDINGS SUBSEQUENT TO INITIAL REGISTRATION OF LAND STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY Court File: 62-CV-24-962 DISTRICT COURT SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT In the Matter of the Petition of CAG National Fund I, LLC in Relation to Certificate of Title No. 561082 issued for land in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota and legally described as follows: Lot 29, Block 3, Governor Johnson Addition TO: ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS LAND, PARTICULARLY: OCCUPANTS OF THE PROPERTY AND JEROME KISLENGER, JR., BONNIE THIEL, JUDY MCKENZIE, KAREN KISLENGER, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DELORES I. KISLENGER. The Court will hold a hearing on Wednesday, May 15,2024, at 2:00 p.m. This hearing will not be held in-person at the Courthouse. The hearing will be held remotely via Zoom, and appearances shall be by video unless otherwise directed. Due to Minnesota Supreme Court Order ADM20-8001, this Court will rule on the Petition in this case after administrative review of submissions and remote hearing. YOU ARE ORDERED to show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County, upon the recording of a certified copy of this Order from Court File No. 62-CV-24-962 on Certificate of Title No. 561082, cancel said certificate and enter a new certificate for the lands therein described in favor of CAG National Fund I LLC, free of all the memorials now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including Doc. No. 2748460 and free of the memorial of this Order but carry forward the memorial of Doc. No. 462989.If you wish to object to the entry of the Order set forth above or if you wish to attend the remote hearing, you must contact the Examiner of Titles office at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing date, and the Court will email you the Zoom link at least one (1) business day before the hearing.
