STATUTE $ 501C.0203 ON PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF TRUSTEES' ANNUAL ACCOUNTS FROM DECEMBER 1, 2017, THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2022, PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. §§ S0lC.0202 AND 501C.0205, AND GRANTING OTHER RELIEF State Of Minnesota, County Of Ramsey, Second Judicial District, District Court, Probate Court Division In the Matter of the Thomas S. Hartzell Revocable Trust Dated July 16, 1990 and the Marital Trust Created Under Article V ThereofIT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Petition signed by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., dated April 25, 2023, has been filed with the Court. The Petition requests an order for the following relief: 1. Settling and allowing the Trustees' Annual Accounts covering the continuous administration of the Marital Trust from December 1, 2017, through November 30, 2022. 2. Approving and confirming all acts of the Trustees in selling or retaining Trust assets, in investing the funds of the Trust in the securities and properties shown in the accounts, and in charging or crediting disbursements or receipts to principal or income as shown in the accounts, and, in general, approving and confirming in all respects all acts of the Trustees in the administration of the Marital Trust up to and including November 30, 2022. 3. Approving the amounts and allocation of the Trustees' compensation as shown in the accounts. 4. Approving payment from the Trust of the Trustees' fees, attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in connection with this proceeding. 5. Granting such other relief as may be proper. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If no objections are filed, the Petition may be granted. IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard using remote technology on July 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. by this Court at the Ramsey County Courthouse, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota. Information on how to participate in the remote hearing may be obtained by calling the Court at 651-266-8145. 1. Notice shall be given to all persons named in the Petition as having or as claiming an interest in the Trust. 2. Notice shall be given by: a. Mailing a copy of this Notice and Order for Hearing to all persons named in the Petition as having or who may claim to have an interest in the Trust, at their last known addresses by U.S. Postal Service at least 15 days prior to the hearing date, and b. Publishing this Notice and Order for Hearing one time at least 20 days prior to the hearing date in a legal newspaper of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
