Court File No. 62-PR-23-46 NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS State Of Minnesota, District Court, County Of Ramsey Second Judicial District, Probate Court DivisionIn the Matter of the Estate of LYNNE B. DOOLITTLE, Deceased.IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE is given that on March 7, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. a hearing will be held using remote technology for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent, dated December 13, 2016, under Minn. Stat. § 524.2-513, ("Will") and for the appointment of Tracy J. Gruba, whose address is 3528 37th Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55406, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. If objections are filed, another hearing may be scheduled. Any charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceeding be given to the attorney general pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 501B.41, Subdivision 5. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing date to all interested persons and persons who have filed a demand for notice. Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
