If a qualified beneficiary is a minor or incapacitated, notice shall be given to any representative personal in accordance with Minnesota Statutes § 501C.0301 to 501C.0305, acting on behalf of the qualified beneficiary who is known to the petitioner. (3) The parties in interest herein are hereby referred to said Petition on file in the office of the Clerk of this Court for a specification of the matters to be considered at said hearing.
