CITY OF SPRING LAKE PARK ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ————— Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, in the City Hall at 1301 81st Avenue Northeast, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432-2188, until 9:30 A.M. CDT, Friday, March 26, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following: SLP - 2021 Street Seal Coat Project In general, Work consists of the following approximate quantities below. 13,000 LB Seal Bituminous Pavement Cracks 16,200 GAL Bituminous Material for Seal Coat 625 TN Seal Coat Aggregate, FA-2 Modified Miscellaneous Pavement Markings – Paint Complete digital Bidding Documents are available at www.questcdn.com for $20 by inputting QuestCDN eBidDoc #7630745 on the Project Search page of the QuestCDN website. Paper Bidding Documents may also be viewed at the City of Spring Lake Park and at Stantec, 733 Marquette Ave., Suite 1000, Minneapolis, MN 55402, 612-712-2000. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
