HARDING, Decedent. ____________ IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE is given that on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. a hearing using remote technology will be held in this Court at Ramsey County Courthouse, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55102 for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Decedent's last will dated April 20, 2018, and any codicil to the will dated August 26, 2020, and for the appointment of Sheryl G. Morrison, whose address is 500 IDS Center, 80 S. 8th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in a supervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. If objections are filed, another hearing may be scheduled. Any charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceeding be given to the attorney general pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 501B.41, Subdivision 5.
