Szymczak, a single person, as Mortgagor(s), to Citizens Independent Bank, a Minnesota banking corporation, as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record October 31, 2014, in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota as document number T05211469. 2.
